The resident artists and gallerists at The LOFTS Art District love welcoming visitors into their creative spaces. Studio hours vary, so we recommend checking with individual artists before your visit or simply stop by when you see the “OPEN” sign.
Our individual studios and galleries present exhibitions and new work throughout the year, giving you plenty of reasons to come back and see what’s new. Follow The LOFTS and our resident artists to stay in the loop about upcoming exhibitions, studio events, special openings, and what’s happening around the district.
Looking for a great time to visit? Join us for the 2nd Thursday Art Walk, held monthly from 4:00–7:00 PM. Wander through The LOFTS, meet the artists and gallerists, explore multiple galleries and studios, and discover something new all in one evening.

The LOFTS Projects Present: “Future Retroism”
The mid-century modern age embraced the emergence of the atomic age with excitement that was fully expressed in bold colors, rich themes, wrapped in optimism. Currently our future is less clear with all the complexities of AI, smart technology, social media, and other “innovations” creating a future where optimism can be elusive. “Future Retroism” re-imagines how we look at tomorrow through embracing the aesthetics and optimism of yesterday.

The LOFTS Projects Present:
"Who’s Afraid of Red, White and Blue?"
Between 1966 and 1970, abstract expressionist Barnett Newman created his famous "Who’s Afraid of Red, Yellow and Blue?" series challenging viewers with monumental fields of primary color that provoked intense emotional and visual reactions. Our resident artists at The LOFTS put their own creative spin on that bold challenge with "Who’s Afraid of Red, White and Blue?" and interprets these classic American colors through contemporary painting, sculpture, and mixed media.
